We had a great city break and really enjoyed the stunning views of the lagoon and the beautiful garden and pool. The breakfast was one of the best aspects, with a delicious quiche that we couldn't get enough of. The location was also ideal for us, just a short walk to the waterfront and great for kitesurfing when the wind picks up.

We had a bit of a problem with check-in as our room wasn't ready on time, despite arriving at the designated time. The staff handling the situation were not particularly understanding or accommodating.

Nice pool area with comfortable sun loungers. Very good WiFi connectivity. Beautiful views of the lagoon from most rooms.

The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged. the breakfast was poor and the service was slow.
